About Juliette
Therapy is a space where you are free to show up fully as yourself, messy, brilliant, unsure, and everything in between. I encourage you to be your most authentic self, because that is where true healing begins. As Carl Jung once said, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” My role is to help create a space where your light isn’t just seen, it’s nurtured, celebrated, and empowered to shine even brighter. Together, we can navigate the beautiful chaos of life, its ups, downs, and everything in between, discovering along the way that the human experience, while often complex, is deeply rewarding when met with courage, connection, and compassion.
As a therapist, I work from a solution-focused and humanistic approach, believing in your capacity to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in the present without getting stuck in the past. I focus on helping you recognize your strengths, clarify your goals, and take practical steps forward, fostering a collaborative space built on empathy, empowerment, and respect. As a child of immigrants, I also bring a multicultural lens to my work, honoring the complexity of identity, culture, and lived experience. I strive to create an inclusive environment where all parts of who you are welcomed and understood, because your story matters, and your voice deserves to be heard.
I became a therapist to help break the stigma surrounding mental health within different cultures, where seeking support is often misunderstood or discouraged. Growing up in a community where emotions were kept private, I felt a deep calling to challenge that norm and create space for open, healing conversations. My mission is to ensure that everyone, no matter their background, feels seen, heard, and valued. Everyone deserves a voice, and I’m here to help amplify it with compassion and understanding.
