I am certified in Trauma and Grief therapy and utilize Mindfulness, Ecotherapy, and Parts therapy. Together, we can work to relieve stress, increase self compassion, and discover your inner strengths in order to live the life you want to live. I offer virtual talk therapy sessions as well as outdoor walking sessions in the Denver area.
